What’s that?

I know its a big red ball, but excuse me, I’m trying to get into the castle. There’s a man there painting fishes and things, which is much more better than a huge ball getting in the way. I understand the ball has been rolling uncontrollably around Norwich, getting stuck in doorways and alleys. CityCare would have dealt with it. Bloody festival.
